One of my international customers kindly sent me a photo of herself wearing one of my hats - a red felt percher swathed in black spotted veiling (Derby Hats Australia). Although the hat was designed to be worn tilted forward toward the right eyebrow with the veiling covering the face, this photo proves there are no rules in millinery. I think she looks gorgeous with the percher sitting back on her head (Conditional permission was granted to publish the photo.
